Author Registration

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete a full registration for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

One author registration covers:

  • One accepted paper
  • Access to all scientific sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Coffee breaks
  • Lunches during the conference
  • Certificate of participation/presentation
  • Publication of the accepted paper in the conference proceedings, subject to fulfillment of all publication requirements

Student Registration

The Student Author rate is reserved for undergraduate, Master’s and PhD students.

A valid student certificate or student ID may be requested during registration.

Additional Paper

Authors wishing to register more than one accepted paper may benefit from a reduced fee for the additional paper:

Extra Page Fee

If the final manuscript exceeds the maximum number of pages allowed by the conference proceedings format, additional pages may be charged separately.

Extra page: 1,000 DZD / €20 per page.

Registration Procedure

To complete your registration:

  1. Fill in the online registration form.
  2. Select your registration category.
  3. Provide your Paper ID, if applicable.
  4. Upload proof of student status, if applying for the student rate.
  5. Complete the payment.
  6. Upload proof of payment.
  7. Wait for the registration confirmation from the ACST’26 Organizing Committee.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable after the final registration deadline. Requests received before the deadline may be considered by the Organizing Committee in exceptional circumstances.

Invitation Letter

Registered international participants requiring an official invitation letter for visa purposes may request one after completing their registration and payment.

The invitation letter does not constitute a guarantee of visa issuance. Visa decisions remain under the exclusive authority of the relevant embassy or consular services.
